it is true that custom emails are one of the most important part of our website, whether it is just a blog or for any business. Custom emails did not only provide you an identity related to the domain but also create an impression of professionalism on your customers. I've written several articles related to domain name and custom email. Today, again I'm here with one more. You can read how to create custom email accounts and methods to access it. 

Custom Emails become more impressive when you create or reply undersigned mails to your clients. In this article, I've shared the procedure with which you can create signature for your custom email account. Now, follow the below mentioned ways and procedures to do the same.

#1. Create Custom Email Signature in Roundcube Webmail

You can easily create custom email signature in Roundcube Webmail by following the below mentioned steps. 

*Roundcube is a default Webmail application which is available in my cPanel account of REDSERVERHOST, so here I've used the cPanel interface of the same.

• Login to your cPanel account and get inside Email Accounts section.

• On the next page, scroll down to Email accounts section and select the custom email account in which you want to add signature.
• Click over More and then Access Webmail.

• You will be directed to Webmail application.
• Now, here click over Settings and then Identities.
• Click over the custom mail and Edit Identity tab will open.
• Now, enter the required credentials and as directed in the below image.

• Now, select Preferences and then Composing Messages. Select the option as directed in the below image.

• Now, compose and send mail for test and see the changes.

You have successfully created signature in Roundcube Webmail for your custom email.

#2. Create Custom Email Signature in Gmail

If you have configured your custom email with Gmail, then you can create signature in Gmail itself. Go through the below mentioned steps to do the same.

• Login to your Gmail Account and get inside Settings and then See All Settings.

• On the next page, scroll down to Signature section and then Create New. 

• A window will appear, enter the Signature Name and then Create.
• Now, edit the blank space with text that you want as a signature. You can also modify by using the given formats.
• In the Signature defaults section, select the custom email from the drop down button as directed in the below image and then Save Changes.

Now, compose an email and you will find that signature will be present on the new compose email page.

With this process, you can easily response to custom mails with one click with a formal signature.

#3. Create Custom Signature in MS-Outlook

Many of you have configured your custom mails in MS-Outlook as well. So, here are the steps to create custom signature in MS-Outlook.

• Login to MS-Outlook and click over New E-mail. 
• A window will appear. Select the custom email from the drop down button for which you want to add signature.

• Click over Signature and then Signatures.

• A new window will appear. Click over New and enter the signature.
• In the Edit Signature section, enter the text or the signature that you want to use as a signature.

• In Choose Default Signature section, select the email account for which you want to add signature from the drop down button and then OK.
• Now, create an email for test and manually add signature to it and Send. 

*You need to add signature manually in the first mail and then it will appear by default in other mails.

So, you can create custom email not only in cPanel but also in your Gmail and Outlook to interact with your clients in a professional way. Hope this may help you.
